Here’s a strange yet intoxicating brew of citrus-hued items. I love a dash of bright tangerine or yellow peaking out from a mostly black wardrobe. Whether it’s neon nails or a neon handbag, a few pops of color go a long way. View the full Fashion Notebook set on Flickr.
