I love making these ceramic red cross pieces because they’re so compact and not everyone has room for a massive piece of art! Lately, I’ve been getting more into the idea of portability. I have a few more new pieces to share this week.

Love them so much!
I finished my profile article this morning at 2:30am and sent it out for my editor to look at. When it’s a bit more polished I’ll e-mail it to you just to make sure you are happy with it and I haven’t got any of the fact’s hideously wrong.
I’ve decided if/when it gets published I’m going to put any $ I get for it towards are piece of your art! Seems fitting =)
I have a huge white wall just aching for some ceramic-cross lovin’!

Gala: Yeah, 13 is a great number! I think it’s funny when hotels don’t have a ‘13th floor’ because of superstition.
Bex: I’m so glad to hear that you got it finished! Good for you. And, I need more of my Art floating around in Australia — so far I think there’s only one of my pieces on that entire continent!

Must say number 13 is my favorite! My apartment doesn’t have a 13th floor, which I find infinitely amusing. Because doesn’t calling the 13th floor 14 still make it floor no. 13?
Marie: Exactly! I’ve always thought about that…the 13th floor is still 13 no matter what you call it!
