• My new favorite website is Fonts In Use. It features real-word typography and actually tells you which fonts were used in each project!

• I totally love the updated Starbucks logo that was just unveiled. I think that they got it right, keeping the most iconic element of their brand intact — the siren. Clean and uncluttered with no reflections in sight, something I can get behind.

• These concepts for Pantone branded makeup are pretty much the best idea ever. I’m wondering why this doesn’t actually exist?!

• I am fascinated by people’s daily routines and Gala’s New Year, New Routine? is an insightful read.

Tommy Ton’s fashion photography is always amazing and I enjoyed looking through his The Year in Fashion post.

• David Carson is starting a new magazine and naturally, it’s called Carson.

• Though I don’t follow what celebrities are doing very closely, I am sometimes curious about what they’re wearing when they’re out and about in the real world. The Vogue Diaries cures my curiosity!

• One of my fellow readers works for I Live With a Disability and it’s such a great resource for anyone who lives with a disability — the organization’s aim is to help raise awareness while providing a social media platform to connect in the process.

• I still love me some black walls, yes I do. Regal and dramatic!

• i-D Magazine has one of the best fashion spreads I’ve seen in a long time, full of technicolor transparencies.

• I am completely enamored with the type covered page featuring the 10th Annual Year in Ideas over at the New York Times.

• I can’t get over how cool the interior and identity system this stationery boutique & print shop in Mexico is! Black & white with unexpected pops of neon somehow work brilliantly.
