Over this last weekend, it occurred to me that I’ve never taken outfit photos sitting at my desk. When I’m home, this is where I spend the majority of my time — it’s my so-called natural habitat! This outfit is representative of my basic daily attire when I have nowhere special to be. On those days, I want to be comfortable and warm but still feel pulled together.

Boots, Dr. Martens

M. Dominic: I usually don’t but this is what I wore when I went outside…if I was barefooted, it wouldn’t feel like an outfit post to me!

I sit almost 8hrs a day and in the market for a more comfortable chair.
I never ever look like that when I’m working! Maybe I should do some more effort in 2011!

Thankyoubutno: I have an Aeron chair. It’s really expensive but nothing else I’ve tried compares. There’s a reason why most agencies have these chairs — when you’re sitting 10+ hours a day, this chair will seriously save you. It’s a life changer, I promise! P.S. You can find much better deals on Ebay (that’s where I got mine).
Those boots are wonderful! I have a really hard time walking in Docs, so I don’t buy them… but they look wonderful on you! You always look so beautiful.
I agree, that jacket is fairly amazing. It’s so gloriously fluffy-looking and chic at the same time. I love jackets that can be both really comfortable/warm and stylish; yours definitely fits that bill!
