Pretty in Pink

Last week an oversized, nondescript box arrived on my front porch from Solestruck. When I pried it open, I was met by an assortment of FIVE PAIRS of pink Jeffrey Campbell shoes. I’ll admit that the fun part about graphic design is getting the opportunity to mix things up on occasion. Never in a million years did I think I’d be slipping into a pair of pink suede platforms. Welcome to the dollhouse.

I’m actually quite curious to see how you’re going to use them. I’ve been an avid fan/lurker of your blog for a long time, so I can pretty much tell if something is your style. I don’t usually see pink on you and I can’t remember if I’ve ever had. In any case, pink or not, if those are the shoe designs above, they look absolutely gorgeous. (wooden heels! ++)

Alex: They’re just on loan so I could shoot the ads. That’s why it was so much fun to shoot because pink isn’t usually my style and it was fun to do something totally different!!

SO JEALOUS. I would not pick pink but if they arrived on my doorstep, I would NOT refuse them! 5 Pairs! wow. I need some interesting freelance clients to give me shoes! :)
