You always look great in black and white. I’m more of a color person myself. My wardrobe is organized by the rainbow.

One of my design professors recommended your blog to me yesterday. I’m so glad she did! I’m really impressed with just about every aspect of this blog!

I love your style pictures because I have the same obsession with black and white. At first I thought I was just being lazy and boring, but there is a bit of a challenge in creating different looks with a limited color scheme.

Hi Nubby,
I absolutely love your blog~! I’ve been following you for a year or so now. I aspire to make a site that someday inspire others as well. Thanks~! Hope to meet you someday~!

Trisha: I appreciate people who branch out in the color spectrum! I have bits of color here and there and try to throw my grandma’s vintage rainbow belt into the mix to liven things up sometimes.
Chloe: Thanks so much, I’m glad you stopped by! xoxo
Sandra@DebutanteClothing: It’s true that it’s more challenging to create different looks with a limited palette but to me, it also registers visually as being more sleek and often more modern.
Vivian: Thanks, sweetie!

Aloha nubby, how long does it take you to create these fashion notebook pages? Do you cut images as you find them and store them till you are ready to use? If so, how do you store them?
Curiously yours

Eva: I’ve been keeping this notebook for about 10 years. I start a page based on a theme or image and slowly fill it up with images that fit. I tend to read through magazines one by one, rip out all the pages and cut the images out as I go. Once I have a small stack, I take an hour or 2 to collage them in. I first started notebooks like these so I could remember what I liked and have a collective place for everything because I didn’t have room to store gigantic stacks of magazines.
