For generating freelance, I&#039;ve never really mailed out postcards – what about going to a placement agency and showing your portfolio? They can do all the legwork and find companies that can use your skills. Also, set up informational interviews at local agencies to get a feel if your work would be a good fit and send your portfolio off to owners / art directors.</description>
