I love the style of cross necklaces. I am not religious so I always feel weird wearing them. In high school I had an over-sized goth style cross but I was going for more disrespectful-on-purpose and I like to think I’ve grown up since then.

Janine: That’s funny…I don’t even think of the religious connotations when I wear crosses. I think that if I was wearing a rosary, it might be different. I’m not religious at all and I think that this necklace visually reads more as a fashion statement anyway. Sort of early 80s Madonna…
