What I Wore: 1.19.10
When I woke up yesterday morning, I thought I had my day all planned out….until I got a 9 AM call from a M•A•C makeup artist who needed a model. Who can turn down trying out a new look?! Style-wise, I’ve been feeling very utilitarian and post-apocalyptic. Though, I am all about adding in feminine touches like sequins and bows to balance things out. A big thanks goes out to my man friend for taking the photos.

Insomnia: I think this is maybe only the third time I’ve worn mine. Trying to get them out more. The transformation is above; very subtle. The makeup artist had to work with new colors coming out for Spring 2010.
Sally: Thanks, I love that it’s overly ‘fancy’ yet the black acrylic brings it back down to earth a bit!
Melissa Dominic: Yeah, the blush definitely stands out more. It’s this amazing plum color that’s coming out for Spring 2010. Can’t wait to get my paws on it IRL!

I love what she did with your makeup except for the eyebrows.. i quite frankly love your natural eyebrows and the pencil is a little too harsh i find. That’s just me though, other than that.. i really don’t know how you walk around in those shoes, as beautiful as they are, I don’t think I would be able to do anything but stand in them.

I adore the makeup look, the colors are really very nice. Did you get a sneak peak at the new spring MAC line? Is it the LE edition? I am such a sucker for MAC LE lines 
Do you find that when your legs rub together that you lose sequins? I have a cute F21 jacket similar to your pants and I tend to lose sequins when I brush against stuff, even just myself.
