I’m a bit of a fanatic when it comes to using the red cross in design. Aveda did a fantastic job of taking a huge amount of information and organizing it in a way that is easy to navigate. The use of white space in advertising is very refreshing as well. You can view all of The Typofiles on Flickr here.

OMG, Nubby. I need a vacation. That Aveda ad looks very inviting, but being a poor Graphic Design student only allows me to afford surfing your blog. Take me away!

I love everything Aveda. I just bought some great hair care stuff from their store this weekend. It smells fantastic and makes my hair look amazing. And they have great product and promotional design, too!
