Nubbytwiglet.com Type Pattern

One of the projects that I’ve been working on over the last few days is a type pattern that will be used as a secondary element for the opening page of my portfolio. Instead of jumping straight into the work, I wanted a page that was descriptive of what I do. In the portfolio setting, it will be tonal to avoid distracting from the work but when used in other applications, I plan on making it more bold.
EDIT: I’ve replaced the images with the final version. I can’t wait to print my new portfolio this week!

These are really nice, although I do agree that with some color changes they will fit in more smoothly with the rest of your portfolio. The effect on these is neat, though, reminds me of river rocks.

this is a really clever design. while many of the fonts evoke the sense of a certain time period when they’re on their own, together the effect is timeless. i love the addition of the asterisk/daisy. very lovely work.

I was wondering if you could tell me what font that ampersand is in? i can’t seem to find it anywhere, and I always thought it was Bodoni but it’s not, well at least my version does not look like that.
Thanks!
