The Typofiles #24: Nordstrom 90 Brilliant Finds Catalog
A friend recently passed the Nordstrom 90: Over Ninety Brilliant Finds Under Ninety Dollars for the Ninety Days of Summer onto me and I’m really liking the creative direction that they took. They’ve used a lot of overlapping transparencies, stacks of numbers and handwritten descriptions to great effect. They also printed the 20 page catalog in an oversized format on some heavyweight newsprint type of paper that adds to the overall DIY feel.
