As an almost-just-beginning design student, I have to say…in all my classes at least, it’s POUNDED into our heads that our only job is to convey what the client wants. Components from our fine art courses rarely if ever cross over into our design ones. I’m feeling pretty cheated.

… I thoroughly agree. Everyone tries to sell themselves out for the profit as opposed to the expression and true soul behind design. Makes me sad…

did you see micheal’s funeral? it’s on mtv…possobly on other channels. his casket was all silver and…whoa.
haha how tragic! on a brighter note i’m certain doing something you love and making money aren’t mutually exclusive.
