I’m totally in love with this super basic Forever 21 tank dress. For some reason, I didn’t buy it when I saw it while vacationing in Honolulu and it’s been on my mind for the last two months. I finally tracked it down again at a random Portland mall and am digging the multiple ways it can be worn and mixed with layers.

Gala: The best part? It’s not a tank! The top gray part and bottom black part are connected to make the most comfortable dress ever. Just throw on a belt and go!
