I ordered kicks on shoes2world last month. My wife haven’t got kicks yet. I emailed them hundred times. shoes to world will not pay my money back! They are scam!

Sometimes I come across some business cards (etc) that tell totally different story that the person himself represents.
The identity and YOU as a brand itself are so much in a harmony that it can not be better!

Stephie: They’re nice especially if you’re printing out client work because it reminds you of the P.O. number (for billing purposes) and gives the client a reminder of how to contact you. Of course, you can customize the information to whatever you’d like. It’s a great way to pull a multi-page document together.

Melanie: I’m glad you think so; black & white are my favorite design color combination. I’m a huge fan of simple, classic design!

Dana: I never think of black and white as cheap under any circumstances, but I think that’s because they’re the fundamentals of all of the basic design classes I’ve taken. And, you’re right about the cover sheet. Since much of my freelance work revolves around logo and identity development, there’s usually multiple rounds and the cover sheet helps my clients keep all the PDF documents straight! Do you have a link to your identity? I’d love to see it.

amanda lee: Thank you, I’ve been using that Kors image for years now and still love it so much!

cfish: that means a ton coming from you, you’re one of the most technically gifted designers I know.

I have to say, I was extremely impressed and elated when I got a package from you last week (with beautiful shirts and posters galore!). Your identity is so comprehensive, it really speaks “Brand” instead of “Bored Girl playing in Publisher” or something. I really admire that and aspire to it, as well. You’re a branding genius.

Way to keep black and white from seeming like the “cheap” way to go.

I like the cover sheet idea, it’s nice because if the client wants to email or call, your info is right there, no need to go messing through things to look up your info!

I’ve got my own identity system pretty well worked out too- I need to get things printed though. Plus I still need to work on a first self-promo piece featuring the new identity. It’s a never-ending evolution, for me anyway.
