The Week in Pictures: 6/20/08
This week, I’ve been enjoying the sun (it’s finally here!), working on some behind the scenes projects (Nubbytwiglet.com PDF portfolio, art show flyer design), quickly filling up my freelance calelendar(!), and enjoying spending five days a week at Nemo, where the fun never ends!
Last Friday, I hung out with a bunch of the Nemo boys on the front steps. It’s always funny when cars take the time to honk at us! Maybe I’ll wave next time…
This was the view from the bus as we sped across one of many Portland’s bridges towards S.E. Portland. Portland has the longest, grayest winters, but this is the payoff!
I’ve decided to bring stirrups back! They look so modern with cut-out shoes and stay down way better than leggings. These are by Hue and are more like tights.
My work desk got a few new friends and decorations (hello, Rody and Treeson)!
Haha, the waffle shot has officially become a weekly occurrence! My friend Erin and I have a weekly lunch date now to catch up. Awwww.
This piece of art is super crazy and layered; I can’t wait to finish it up!

My week was brilliant! If I could do a week in pictures it would go something like this; A packtet of tissues, i was ill! Cupcakes! a japenise anime boy (see blog 
)! My journal, a double page with your amazing article “It’s not about them..” and candy fluff from lush – everyone was forced into smelling my hair today! =)
I can’t wait to see your artwork finished! It looks super brillaint and I am so jealous of that waffle! I really must go buy some soon!
The weather there looks fabulous too! It’s been pretty good over here but a few spots of rain, and those two little dogs are the sweetest things I have ever seen!

Aimee Marie: Yay, I’m glad someone agrees! I think that as long as they’re a modern cut (not like the 8-s baggy silhouette), they are super flattering!
