There's something intoxicatingly powerful about the development of an idea from differing perspectives! DTK-- It's true that inspiration helps us take an existing idea and make it new and unique; people often feel threatened by this and even sometimes take inspiration to mean the same thing as copying. There can definitely be a fine line to tread, but overall the world of design is constantly evolving and moving forward, thanks to the strong foundation of past masters. Ashe– completely agreed.
